Hey there Palenke Greens lovers 🙂

We're stoked to announce that Palenke Greens is back and better than ever! Our recent workshop was an absolute blast, with folks from all over coming together to geek out over plants, food, and reciprocal relationships.
Participants shared some epic memories about their connection with food growing, which got us so excited and we showed off our burlap sack garden technique that's been taking the community by storm since 2020. Some folks traveled all the way from Cowichan just to get in on the action, Waoo!
And speaking of community, we gotta give a big shout-out to the City of Victoria and Quadra Community Centre for hosting this shindig and allowing us to share our love for all things green. It's clear that the Palenke community is growing stronger every day, with even the Summit Allotment Gardens getting in on the fun!
We truly believe that taking care of Mother Earth and one another is one of the most important forms of self and community care out there. And it was a blast to see so many people sharing that same belief with us. Thanks to everyone who showed up and helped make this workshop a success. Let's keep on growing and thriving together, folks!

We are so thankful to our Community Supported Agriculture Coordinator, Anna Maria for her energy, planning and coordination.
Let’s go Palenke!
